Cdx-2 vibration monitor

Cdx-2 series vibration monitoring and protection instrument, combined with yz-6 series magnetoelectric speed sensor, can continuously monitor and measure the amplitude and intensity of bearing vibration of various rotating machinery. It has two types: disk mounted and wall mounted for users to choose from.

Cdx-2 dual channel vibration monitoring and protection instrument

Cdx-2 dual channel bearing bush vibration monitor, equipped with yz-6 vibration speed sensor, can measure the amplitude of bearing vibration of various rotating machinery and monitor the vibration of rotating machinery in vertical and horizontal directions. It is especially suitable for machines with ball bearings. In this machine, the vibration of bearing can be more transmitted to the casing for continuous measurement and protection of rotating machinery, Special attention shall be paid to the installation of the sensor, which will not reduce the amplitude of the sensor, change the frequency influence, or the generated signal can not represent the real vibration of the machine. The monitor is especially suitable for the situation that a large number of vibration points need to be measured, such as motor, compressor and fan.

Main functions

Monitoring and protection of bearing bush vibration of rotating machinery such as steam turbine, water turbine, compressor and blower.

Function Description:

1. Display function

The vibration measurement value, I value alarm and II value alarm setting value can be displayed on the LED nixie tube respectively.

2. Alarm function

When the vibration amplitude exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator will be on, and the switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

3. Alarm delay time setting function

The adjustment range of alarm delay time is 0 ~ 3 seconds to prevent false alarm caused by on-site interference.

4. Self diagnosis function

It has the function of power on and power off detection, and disconnects the alarm output circuit, which can effectively suppress the false alarm of the instrument.

5. Output interface

It is equipped with current output interface, which can be connected with computer, DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder and other equipment.
