1. Introduction

Zs-b1 intelligent speed monitor uses microprocessor chip to process the signal, with accurate measurement and stable performance, and can expand the function according to the needs of users. The monitor has the functions of speed measurement, two-level alarm, overspeed protection, analog voltage and current output, sensor fault monitoring, alarm query, self inspection and so on. It is applicable to the monitoring and protection of rotating machinery in electric power, petroleum, chemical and other units. The number of teeth and alarm setting values can be set on site. There are three kinds of enclosures to choose from, and the dimensions are: A: 160 (width) × 80 (high) × 215 (depth) mm, B: 160 (width) × 80 (high) × 80 (depth) mm, C: frame combined type, see structural parameters of 8200 series steam turbine monitoring system.

2. Main functions

● it has speed measurement and display function, with speed measurement of 99999 rpm and five digit nixie tube display.

● alarm function: when the measured speed exceeds any alarm set value, the corresponding alarm indicator on the front panel will be on, and the switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

● voltage and current output interfaces are set, which can be connected with computers and other equipment.

● the alarm value, number of teeth and time can be set through the keys on the front panel.

● it has the function of storing overspeed events for query.

● it has indication function for sensor or input circuit fault.

● self inspection function is provided

3. Technical parameters

● measurement range: 1 ~ 99999 rpm,

● accuracy: ± 0.02% × N (n is the indication value of the display instrument, R / min) ± 1 word

● input signal: sine wave or pulse input, and the effective value of input voltage is 0.3-20v

● alarm output: there are two red LED indicators on the front panel, alarm 1 and alarm 2. There are two normally closed alarm contacts of relay on the rear panel, and the output contact current of relay is AC220V / 3a and dc28v / 3a.

● output interface: the output is proportional to the full-scale range of the speed monitor (0-3500r / min)
