Ydj-y oil level monitor for oil tank

Ydj-y oil tank oil level monitor is equipped with ut-81 oil tank oil level sensor for measuring and indicating the oil level of steam turbine oil tank, and can also be used for measuring other liquid levels. When the steam turbine rotates continuously at high speed, it needs to be equipped with a special oil tank for continuous lubrication and heat conduction of its rotating parts. Therefore, it is necessary to use the oil tank oil level monitor and the oil tank oil level sensor to monitor the level of the oil tank. When the liquid level is lower than the value, it is necessary to add lubricating oil to maintain the working requirements of the steam turbine in case of accidents.

Main functions

Monitoring and protection of oil level in oil tank of rotating machinery such as steam turbine, water turbine, compressor and blower.

Function Description:

1. Display function

The oil level measurement value, I value alarm and II value alarm setting value of the oil tank can be displayed on the LED nixie tube respectively, and the 4-digit nixie tube display is the symbol bit.

2. Alarm function

It is equipped with two-level alarm, and the user can set the alarm value as required. When the oil level of the oil tank exceeds the alarm setting value, the corresponding alarm indicator on the front panel is on, and the monitor outputs the switch signal on the rear panel to protect the controlled equipment.

3. Alarm delay time setting function

The adjustment range of alarm delay time is 0 ~ 3 seconds to prevent false alarm caused by on-site interference.

4. Self diagnosis function

It has the function of power on and power off detection, and cuts off the alarm and shutdown output circuit, which can effectively inhibit the false alarm of the instrument.

5. Record output

It is equipped with 4 ~ 20mA current output interface, which can be connected with computer, DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder and other equipment.
