Zs-b2 positive and negative speed monitoring and protection instrument is equipped with ZS-5 gear reverse speed sensor and has reverse alarm function. It can measure the positive and reverse speed, speed and linear speed of axles, gears and racks of various rotating machinery such as industrial water pumps. It is suitable for the system design of rotating mechanical device TSI, and can be widely used in electric power, machinery, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. It provides the measurement of various parameters and the prediction of early faults for the safe operation of rotating machinery.

Main functions:

Monitor and protect the rotating speed of rotating machinery such as steam turbine, coal mill, fan, reducer, water pump, centrifuge, balancer and air compressor.

Function Description:

1. It is highly intelligent, and all functions realize panel operation.

2. The measured value and alarm set value can be displayed on the LED nixie tube respectively.

3. When the alarm setting value is exceeded, the alarm indicator is on, and the switch signal is output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

4. It is equipped with current output interface, which can be connected with computer, DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder and other equipment.
