Cdx-2a dual channel vibration intensity monitoring and protection instrument

Cdx-2a dual channel vibration intensity monitor is equipped with s-zs vibration speed sensor to monitor the vibration intensity of rotating machinery for a long time. It can monitor the vibration of rotating machinery in vertical and horizontal directions. The vibration intensity value is displayed by the header on the front panel of the instrument. At the same time, it has standard current output and can be connected with various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds the limit, The instrument can be externally connected with an audible and visual alarm to prompt the on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and dangerous switching value output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.

Main functions

Monitoring and protection of bearing bush vibration of rotating machinery such as steam turbine, water turbine, compressor and blower.

Function Description:

1. Display function

The vibration measurement value, I value alarm and II value alarm setting value can be displayed on the LED nixie tube respectively.

2. Alarm function

When the vibration intensity exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator is on, and the switch signal is output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

3. Alarm delay time setting function

The adjustment range of alarm delay time is 0 ~ 3 seconds to prevent false alarm caused by on-site interference.

4. Self diagnosis function

It has the function of power on and power off detection, and disconnects the alarm output circuit, which can effectively suppress the false alarm of the instrument.

5. Output interface

It is equipped with current output interface, which can be connected with computer, DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder and other equipment.
