Yn-do series probe

The probe is composed of inductance, protective cover, stainless steel shell, high-frequency cable, high-frequency connector, etc. different diameter specifications can be selected according to different measurement ranges (such as: Φ 8ｍｍ、 Φ 11ｍｍ、 Φ 25mm) probe; According to different installation requirements, probes with different installation methods (such as front installation, reverse installation and no thread) and 1m or 0.5m cable length can be selected.

Yn-do series extension cable

SMA self-locking plugs are installed at both ends of the extension cable, and one end is equipped with an oil-proof protective sleeve, which is specially used to protect the self-locking plug from oil medium pollution, so as to improve the reliability of the system. The extension cable length can be divided into four types: 4m, 4.5m, 8m and 8.5m.

Ynqz series proximitor

Proximitor is the core part of the system. It includes oscillation, linear detection, filtering, linear compensation, amplification and other circuits of the whole sensor system. Together with extension cable and probe, it forms yh-do eddy current sensors of various specifications. According to the diameter specification of the matched probe, yh-do proximitor is divided into Φ 8ｍｍ、 Φ 11ｍｍ、 Φ There are three specifications of 25mm. According to the total length of system cable (probe cable length + extension cable length), each specification is divided into two types: 5M and 9m.

The transmitter is used together with eddy current sensor. It is mainly used to measure the axial displacement, differential expansion or shaft vibration and coating thickness of rotating machinery. It has small volume and convenient installation. It can be connected with computer, PLC, DCS and other equipment.
