ZS-5 reverse speed sensor

The dual channel (Hall gear) automobile speed sensor developed and launched by the company can completely replace the imported products, which is used to detect the speed, linear speed and acceleration of the axle. The two channels of the sensor are isolated from each other and the output is square wave. It has no contact with the measured gear, no wear and convenient installation. It has polarity and short-circuit protection functions, wide speed measurement range, wide temperature adaptation range and strong seismic resistance. At the same time, it can be widely used in the new generation of automobile intelligent engine as the speed sensor for ignition timing and ABS (automobile anti lock braking system) as the speed sensor.

Tooth profile

Involute tooth profile is a suitable tooth profile. Using large modulus gears or other tooth profiles will produce huge waveform distortion, which will hinder the measurement. If the spindle moves axially, it should be noted that the center of the magnetic pole should be in the center of the gear.
