Basic principle:
Zhj-6 vibration and temperature sensor is mainly composed of X horizontal vibration measurement, Z vertical vibration measurement and bearing temperature measurement. Two vibration speed sensors are encapsulated inside, and their low-frequency response can reach 5Hz. The performance is stable and reliable. PT100 platinum resistance is used as the sensing element for temperature measurement. PT100 platinum resistance is encapsulated in the probe with compression spring to ensure the temperature transmission between PT100 platinum resistance and bearing.
The vibration speed sensor converts the vibration signal into electrical signal by using the principle of magnetoelectric induction. It is mainly composed of magnetic circuit system, coil assembly, spring damping and so on. Two coil assemblies are rigidly fixed in the sensor housing, and the magnetic steel is suspended on the housing with a spring. When the sensor works within the working frequency range, the coil and magnetic steel generate relative motion, and the coil cuts the magnetic line of force to generate induced electromotive force (induced voltage), which is directly proportional to the vibration speed of the casing. The temperature measurement of temperature sensor is based on the linear change of platinum resistance with temperature.
