Zdx-m eccentric monitor is a precision measurement and control instrument, which is equipped with yh-do eddy current displacement sensor. Eccentricity measurement has become an essential measurement item in the process of steam turbine startup or shutdown. It can measure the amplitude of shaft bending caused by heat or gravity. Eccentricity is the measurement of shaft bending at low speed. This bending can be caused by the following conditions: the original mechanical bending and the bending caused by temporary temperature rise must be downward under static conditions, sometimes called gravity bending. The eccentric position of the rotor, also known as the radial position of the shaft, is often used to indicate bearing wear. It is also used to determine the azimuth of the shaft, which can indicate whether the rotor is stable. No Keyphasor eccentricity: according to the speed of the main shaft, the speed synchronous tracking signal is simulated by the instrument. With Keyphasor eccentricity: the speed synchronous tracking signal is generated by the eddy current displacement sensor used for Keyphasor signal measurement.
Function Description:
1. Display function
The eccentricity measurement value, I value alarm and II value alarm setting value can be displayed on the LED nixie tube respectively.
2. Alarm function
It has alarm protection function. When the eccentricity exceeds the set value of alarm or shutdown, the alarm or shutdown indicator is on, and the switch signal is output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.
3 alarm delay time setting function
The adjustment range of alarm delay time is 0 ~ 3 seconds to prevent false alarm caused by on-site interference.
4. Self diagnosis function
Any fault of input system, such as probe wear, poor contact or broken wire, can be detected, and power failure alarm and shutdown can be given at the same time.
It has the functions of power on and power off detection, and turns off the alarm and shutdown output circuit at the same time, which can effectively inhibit the false alarm of the monitor.
5. Output interface
It is equipped with current output interface, which can be connected with computer, DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder and other equipment.
