Xdzc-2 axial displacement monitor is a precision measurement and control instrument, which is equipped with yh-do eddy current displacement sensor to continuously monitor the axial position of the main shaft or rotor of rotating machinery during startup, shutdown and operation. Axial displacement is the measurement of axial displacement inside the machine, along the axis direction of the rotor, relative to the clearance between the thrust bearings. It can indicate the axial clearance between rotating parts and fixed parts. For rotating machinery, such as steam turbine, gas turbine, water turbine, centrifuge and axial compressor, the bearing position is a very important signal, Too large axial position will cause large mechanism damage, and the axial displacement monitor can provide early alarm and protection for the damage of thrust bearing. Function Description:

1. Display function

The axial displacement measurement value, alarm and shutdown setting value can be displayed on the LED nixie tube respectively.

2. Alarm function

Alarm, shutdown and input signal fault are indicated by LED respectively.

3. Alarm delay time setting function

The adjustment range of alarm delay time is 0 ~ 3 seconds to prevent false alarm caused by on-site interference.

4. Self diagnosis function

Any input system fault, such as probe wear, poor contact or broken wire, can be detected, and the alarm and shutdown output circuit can be cut off at the same time.

It has the function of power on and power off detection, and disconnects the alarm output circuit, which can effectively suppress the false alarm of the monitor.

5. Output interface

It is equipped with 4-20mA current output general interface, which can be connected with computer, DCS, PLC system, paperless recorder and other equipment.
