Ut-81 series oil level sensor of oil tank is an ideal indicating device for remote measurement of liquid level in non corrosive liquid field. Especially in the oil level measurement of steam turbine oil tank, it has been widely used for a long time. Ut-81 remote liquid level indicator, a set of device has two working modes. The pontoon generates buoyancy in the liquid and directly pushes the central rod body. A red pointer is installed on the upper part of the rod body to directly indicate the liquid level, with clear surface, large viewing distance and convenient observation; In addition, when the central push rod moves up and down, it drives the auxiliary pull rod to make the armature at the top of the pull rod move in the coil excited by the medium frequency source, and the voltage of the coil changes. After detection and amplification by the secondary instrument, the displacement floating up and down of the pontoon is converted into linear electric quantity, so that the change of liquid level is transmitted to the control room.

Ut-81 liquid level indicator is divided into three forms: A, B and C.

Ut-81a type: immersion liquid level indicator (the upper field indication part is installed on the operation layer, the lower pontoon part is installed on the oil tank cover, and the middle is connected with an extension rod).

Ut-81b type: straight tube liquid level indicator (installed outside the oil tank, and there is a pipe at the bottom of the indicator connected with the oil tank).

Ut-81c type: straight pipe immersion liquid level indicator (also known as a and B combined type, which can be directly installed on the oil tank cover by using the flange on the indicator).

Technical indicators:

1. Measuring range: ± 100mm ± 200mm ± 300mm ± 400mm (the measuring range is determined by the user)

2. Reference weight:

Type A: ± 200mm, about 35kg

Type B: ± 200mm, about 40kg

Type C: ± 200mm, about 48kg

3. Measured liquid: various turbine oils; When used for liquid level measurement of other non viscous and non strongly corrosive liquids, the counterweight can be adjusted to adapt.

4. Accuracy: ≤± 3mm (full scale)

5. Measured liquid temperature: ＜ 85 ℃
