1、 Overview:

Zd-03 series vibration transmitter is a fixed on-line vibration measuring device, which is mainly used to measure the vibration velocity value. The output form is 4mA ~ 20mA standard current, which is directly proportional to the vibration value. It can be directly input into PLC / DCS to form a system that can monitor and protect equipment such as centrifugal pump, reciprocating compressor, centrifuge, cooling tower, industrial fan, motor and gas turbine. The device adopts the design of sensor and instrument body. The cast aluminum shell and stainless steel components can be waterproof and dustproof, and meet the requirements of industrial site installation and use. The device has passed the explosion-proof safety supervision and inspection station of instruments and meters (nepsi) review shows that the explosion-proof safety performance meets the relevant requirements specified in gb3836.1-2000 and gb3836.4-2000 standards. The device forms an intrinsically safe explosion-proof system matched with the isolated safety barrier, and can be used in the site with explosive gas mixture below class IIC.
