Basic principle:

Zd-05 integrated vibration and temperature transmitter is mainly composed of X horizontal vibration measurement, Z vertical vibration measurement and bearing temperature measurement. Two acceleration sensors manufactured by American crix company are encapsulated inside. Their low-frequency response can reach 0Hz, resolution can reach 0.1mg, stable and reliable performance, and can withstand the instantaneous impact of acceleration of 5000g. After narrowband filtering and impact suppression, the acceleration signal is converted into vibration displacement through hardware integration circuit, and then through peak to peak operation circuit and V / I conversion circuit, the standard 4 ~ 20mA current signal proportional to the peak to peak of vibration displacement is finally output. PT100 platinum resistance is used as the sensing element for temperature measurement. PT100 platinum resistance is encapsulated in the probe with compression spring to ensure the temperature transmission between PT100 platinum resistance and bearing. The circuit part adopts high-precision special instrument operational amplifier to measure the bearing temperature accurately and reliably.
